Microsoft VIBESometimes there is interesting stuff on the Microsoft Research Web pages. One of the pages I look at from time to time is the Visualization and Interaction for Business and Entertainment (VIBE) page.

The VIBE project focuses on helping people make sense of large volumes of data. Their Mission Statement describes this in more detail.

The FacetMap work is interesting. A good posting about FacetMap is located here.
