First comes thought; then organization of that thought, into ideas and plans; then transformation of those plans into reality. The beginning, as you will observe, is in your imagination.

Getting started is always the hard part of any effort. So I am going to dive in.

I am CEO and founder of InnovaTech, Inc (www.innovatechinc.com). InnovaTech helps organizations improve decision making through integrating enterprise data and producing actionable information from an organization’s operational data. We are a knowledge management and data warehousing specialist company.

I have a real passion for helping organizations take action on their most difficult decisions. Improving executive’s and/or analyst’s ability to clearly visualize, understand, and take action in complex environments will be the focus of this blog. Well that and a host of other things that may be on my mind.
