As promised, here are videos 8 – 15. Check out my previous post to see videos 1 - 7.

I’m noticing that video infographics seem to be an especially popular medium for opinionated social arguments. As there are quite a few included here, I feel like reiterating that my intention is not to endorse their message, but to share an appreciation for the medium in which the information is delivered.

Now, on to the remaining Top-15 Infographic videos…

8. The Big Brother State

Interesting use of video infographics for a political message.

The Big Brother State is an educational film about how politicians claim to be protecting our freedom… what we refer to as repressive legislation. States [are] gaining more and more control of their citizens at the cost of our privacy and freedom.


9. Football

I was psyched to find an infographic video about my favorite sport. People always complain that soccer rules are too difficult to understand. Watch this video people, it’s not that confusing!

10. Fight Club – Ikea

One of my favorite scenes from a fantastic movie highlights our addiction to consumerism with some slick infographics.

12. The Longcut – A Tried And Tested Method

Another quality infographic music video a la Royksopp - Remind Me.

13. Le Grand Content

Le Grand Content examines the omnipresent Powerpoint-culture in search for its philosophical potential. Intersections and diagrams are assembled to form a grand ‘association-chain-massacre’ which challenges itself to answer all questions of the universe and some more.

14. Sugar Batteries

A look at powering gadgets with sugar.

15. Duelity

The Duelity Website offers both videos available for download as well as the option to watch them simultaneously, the way it was intended.

Duelity is a split-screen animation that tells both sides of the story of Earth’s origins in a dizzying and provocative journey through the history and language that marks human thought.

I had a great time putting this post together as it involved watching a bunch of cool videos that never failed to pique my interest.

Unfortunately, I’m very aware of the amount of incredible content out there and even more aware of my inevitable ineptitude to discover it all.
