Just wanted to pass on my surprise when I had to contact a customer service department with Cheyenne Home Furnishings, seller to WalMart. I purchased a bar stool yesterday at WalMart. I had still not put it together last night when I had to gather garbage to be picked up this morning. Not wanting to have the box sitting around, I emptied the contents so I could go ahead and get rid of the box. And you guessed it, I threw away a major part - the swivel mechanism. By the time I realized it, my garbage had been picked up. I called the manufacturer, Cheyenne Home Furnishings, to order another. The lady wanted to know what was wrong with the one that came in the box, so I had to tell her about my stupid stunt. She asked my name and mailing info as if she was taking an order and told me one would be on the way in the next 5 or 10 days. I asked her if she needed my card info to pay, and she said, "No, maam, that won't be necessary". I was shocked and thanked her profusely. She laughed and said I was welcome. Now THAT'S customer service. Thank you for letting me share.
